If you’re ready to get STRONG without wasting your time in the gym, you’re in the right place. With a background in collegiate athletics, I know what it takes to fuel high-level performance. But after sustaining my fifth concussion on the soccer field, I decided it was time to hang up my cleats. Having spent my whole life surrounded by organized sport and suddenly being thrown out into a world without took a toll on me. I turned to my passion of lifting and constantly worked on myself, both mentally and physically.

I’m Coach James, an online strength coach. I have made it my mission to help you get STRONG and make your mind work with you, not against, through my unparalleled JMF Method.

What is strength coaching?

A strength coach is someone who helps you overcome plateaus and gets you stronger. I specialize in creating unparalleled strength training programs that help you get STRONG, mentally and physically.. Let your mind and body work in tandem.

How does online coaching work?

I work with clients from around the world in an online basis. Online coaching is advantageous because you receive support around the clock and workout on your own schedule. I provide you with all the tools you need to succeed. We communicate in-app messenger and have weekly check-ins.

What is health coaching?

A health coach is someone who helps you to identify small diet and lifestyle changes that you can make to reach your health goals, whatever they may be (lose weight, reduce stress, gain energy, etc).  Health coaches are both listeners and advice-givers; they guide clients through the world of contradictory nutrition information and provide recommendations based on the individual’s goals, habits, and body.

How quickly can I expect results?

Seeing progress in the gym is a marathon. It takes time and that is why the majority of people fail. If you stick to your program, buckle down and actually do the work, you will see results. I can give you advice and the tools, but I can’t do it for you.

Do you follow and recommend any one diet to you clients?

While I myself follow a balanced diet with plenty of planned indulgences added in, I recognize that we are all different meaning our bodies, lifestyle, and needs are different. What works for one person may not work for someone else. Through my research and experience working 1-on-1 with clients, I have found that a personalized, tailored approach always gets the best results. I work with my clients to find the specific foods that make them feel their best!
